Luxury Estate & Historic Home Cleaning

Large homes and period finishes, cleaned by people who know the difference

Free EstimateWoodbridge & Northern Virginia · Mon – Fri

Large and historic homes are not just more square footage — they are more ways to do damage. Northern Virginia has a great deal of both: period houses in Alexandria and Arlington with original heart-pine floors, plaster and painted woodwork, and newer estate homes with marble, unsealed stone, hardwood and antique furniture. All of those are ruined by the all-purpose spray that is fine on a laminate counter. We clean to the material: pH-neutral on natural stone, damp-not-wet on wood, dry methods on plaster and gilt, and nothing abrasive near a period finish. Crews are consistent, discreet and background-checked, and we work around housekeepers, contractors and security as needed.

Our Process

1

Survey the Finishes

Every surface is identified before we quote — stone, timber, plaster, textile — because the method follows the material.

2

Agree the Method

You get it in writing: what is used where, what is never used, and which rooms or pieces we do not touch.

3

Clean to the Material

Neutral pH on stone, controlled moisture on wood, dry on plaster and gilt. Nothing abrasive anywhere near a period finish.

4

Same Crew Every Time

A house like this is learned. You keep the same people, so that knowledge is not relearned each visit.
